An expressive Chardonnay from South Australia with youthful fruit characters of white nectarine and lemon peel is complemented by toasty vanillin oak and buttery malolactic fermentation characters. This soft pale straw is incredibly fresh and vibrant, it has great acidity and can be enjoyed with a nose of melon and ripe peach it transports you to a tropical summer. A really nice chard, made in the southern end of Australia’s Western Hemisphere where oak is used. Fascinating fragrant white stone fruit and the lime add to the limestone mineralogy and give great balance with the white peach, nectarine with nougat, and light spices to ensure a nice long finish
